How can I check availability?

To check the availability of our hostel, please go to the booking section and enter your arrival date and the number of nights. What if I cannot arrive within your reception hours?

No problem, all we need is to know 24 hours in advance by contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp as you must make the full payment of your stay and we will provide you with an access code so you can enter when you arrive.

Do you accept group bookings?

Our hostel has 13 rooms, we accept reservations for groups but are subject to availability for the requested dates. In any case, please contact us by phone or through the contact form

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

When you make the reservation, you will automatically receive an email confirming the reservation with all the details. Therefore, it is important that the email you enter is correct. There is also the possibility that you will receive the confirmation email in the “spam” folder, so please check those folders for the confirmation email or ask us by phone.

Until when can I pay the full reservation?

We always charge on the day of arrival, as we do not have 24-hour reception. If that day is not possible, we will charge you the next day at reception or we will charge your card number on the day of your departure.

Until when can I cancel my reservation?

The reservation can only be canceled one day before your arrival, otherwise you will be charged the amount corresponding to the first night.

How to find the hostel?

Hostal El Convent de Moncada is located on a pedestrian street in Moncada, on Calle Salvador Giner number 1. To find the address with GPS, enter Calle Reino de Valencia nº 14.

What time can I check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 12:00 PM, either in person or by phone with prior notice for self-check-in. And check-out before 12:00 PM

Can I occupy the room earlier or vacate it later?

Yes, but you must request it at reception in advance.

What are the reception hours?

The hours for in-person reception are from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM from Monday to Friday.

Where can I leave my car?

Very close to our hotel there is free public parking, which is usually not very difficult to find a place to park. The parallel streets are Calle Mayor or Avenida Regne de Valencia

Is the CEU Cardenal Herrera University near the accommodation?

Yes, you can walk from El Convent de Moncada to the CEU Cardenal Herrera University. Both are located in the same town of Moncada, in the province of Valencia. The walking distance is relatively short, and you can arrive in a few minutes. If you prefer another option, you can also use public transport, such as the metro (line 1, direction Bétera or Seminari-CEU) to get to the university.
